What is your Min. order quantity?
For car wrap vinyl, our Min. order quantity is 1 to 2 Roll(s) (Door to Door by courier). This means, you will not have stock pressure. Maxplus will take care of the stocks.

Our payment term is "100% order amount by bank transaction before distribution".
Are the prices for your products shown in U.S dollars?
All of Maxplus products are shown & charged in US dollars.
What is your packaging material of choice?
All Maxplus products are well packed in export outer carton.

What are your shipping methods?
Orders may be shipped via FedEx or other logistics. The products can also be shipped by sea when the order amount is over 9000 USD.
Once I place my order, how long will it be until shipping? And how long will it take until I receive it?
After the confirmation of payment, it will take three working days to prepare the products for shipping, and generally, it will take 7-10 working days to deliver the products. We will send you the shipping confirmation email after shipping.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, for Door to Door shipment, you can track your shipment by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email, and entering that information into the tracking box on our couriers’ official websites. Or, please e-mail: sales@maxplus.com.tw.
What if I decide I want a different shipping option AFTER I have placed my order?
Maxplus Company can only change the shipping terms BEFORE the confirmation of the order (Product Invoice).
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If your order is not received on the arrival date provided in your shipping confirmation email, you can report this to the local courier service center, or e- mail: sales@maxplus.com.tw
Can I return/replace the product?
Maxplus Company will not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. If you find your product with non-human factor defections or irresistible external damages, please contact us within 7 days for replacement. For detail information, please read our Replacement Policy.
What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
When you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:
1. Take pictures of the damaged area, confirm it with the delivery staff and ask for his/her signature in person.
2. If the product appears to be defective and possibly damaged during shipment, please contact your local courier service to confirm the responsibility for the damage.
3. If the product needs to be replaced, please read our Replacement Policy for further steps.
About Car Wrap
What is a 3D car wrap? What are the advantages?
Car Wrapping is to apply large panels of vinyl to your car to change its color for a totally new and refreshed look. So you can not only make your car unique, but also change its style anytime. It has a self-adhesive back and will stick to pretty much any surface, but also can be removed and re-applied without losing its adhesion. The vinyl can protect the paintwork, so you don't need to spend much money on paint removal.
As for 3D car wrap vinyl, not only can it change the color or graphics on the vehicle, but also the texture. The vinyl is embossed, so you can feel the weave of the film. Also, you can see the patterns on it in 3D effects, depending on the viewing angle. 3D vinyl is also water proof and UV resistant, so it can be applied to exterior and interior surfaces.
A 3D car wrap is not just for the appearance of your car, but it also refers to the method/process of wrapping a car. A car is three-dimensional with compound curvatures, so you need to "Wrap a car in a 3D way".

Can a wrap be removed without hurting the original paintwork?
Yes. The wrap can be removed and re-applied several times without losing its adhesion.
However, attempting to remove it yourself may cause damage to your paintwork. We suggest you go to the same installation expert who helped with wrapping your car to uninstall your vehicle wrap. It is the best way to protect the original paintwork.
** Note ** If the paintwork of your car is not original, it will depend on the quality of the paintwork.
What is the difference between 3D car wrap vinyl and window tinting film?
The major difference is the thickness. Because 3D vinyl is embossed, it is thicker than window tinting film, which is lighter, thinner, and normally 2D. Therefore, 3D car wrap film is not recommended for window tinting.
Can a 3D vinyl be wrapped around anything other than vehicles?
With a self-adhesive back, a car wrap vinyl could be applied to different substrates; motorcycles, boats, furniture, etc.
However, applying 3D vinyl to airplane surfaces is not recommended.
** Note ** A pre-test is recommended before you apply the vinyl.
How to wrap a car? What is the normal installation process?
When wrapping a car, Dry Installation is recommended. Please read [ MAXPLUS Car Wrap Vinyl Basic Installation Guide ].
** Note ** To have a completely, beautifully wrapped car, we suggest you find a Car Wrap Specialist, rather than do it by yourself.
How long does it take to wrap a vehicle?
Basically, it depends on what kind of car you want to wrap, and the technique of the installer. In general, 2 to 7 days are required to wrap a whole car.

Yes. Maxplus Company provides technical support:
(a) We provide "Maxplus Car Wrap Vinyl Installation Guide" & Installation Videos on Youtube for all our customers.
(b) For Maxplus family members, we provide the professional installation video.
(c) We also can arrange a professional installation expert for training lessons in your place. But you will need to pay the cost.

How to clean the wrapped car?
You can simply clean the wrapped car with water, neutral solvent, a piece of rag, and alcohol if necessary.
** Note ** Please avoid power washing, and use of strong alkali and acid.
How long will a wrap last on my vehicle?
It depends on where and how you use your car. It may be affected by several reasons; the environment, climate, technique of the installer, conditions of usage, etc.
If your car is wrapped correctly by an installation expert, and is looked after properly, it should last for 1 to 3 years.
Are there any parts of a car that I shouldn’t apply vinyl to?
Yes. Do not apply vinyl to these following:
– Tailpipe
– parts inside the engine hood
– any other areas where the temperature may rise higher than the 100℃.
Are there any regulations do I need to be aware of for car wrapping?
You may need to check local regulations about alterations to the appearance of your vehicle. You may need to refer to your:

- certificate of car insurance
- any other related document
